After having an amazing professional business career working
within the alternative energy field as company founder and leader, Greg Jaunich
is now the perfect candidate for any ethics director job. Greg Jaunich has
worked his entire life. He has always wanted to further the usage of
alternative and clean energy sources. This is why Greg Jaunich founded, created
and led three separate wind energy firms, all of them turning out to be
winners. Greg Jaunich started Northern Alternative Energy, Inc., Boreal Energy,
Inc. as well as Navitas Energy, Inc. All three of these great companies were
completely devoted to the usage and advancement of alternative energy sources,
more specifically, wind power.
Other than the fact that all three of Greg Jaunich’s
companies were wind energy firms, they all share at least one other common
trait. All of these companies were run extremely ethically. Greg Jaunich prides
himself and his business on running ethically. If your business is not run
ethically, chances are great that your business is going to fail and of course,
no one starts a business with the goal of seeing it fail.
Greg Jaunich knows the many traps that a big business can
fall into and he also knows how to avoid falling into these traps. He has
studied ethics for years, did his master’s thesis on business ethics, and knows
that a decision that may look great for the company on paper may not always be
the actual best or ethical option. It is important to research and weigh the
options of every decision that a business makes. Businesses make thousands of
decisions every year. Greg Jaunich always ensured that his businesses were
making ethical decisions, but also smart decisions.
Now Greg Jaunich is lecturing and teaching ethics as an
adjunct professor at both the undergraduate as well as the graduate level. His
goal is to eventually teach at the college level or to become the ethics
director of an excellent company.
