Greg Jaunich: Navitas Energy, Inc. Sales and Marketing Experience

When Greg Jaunich founded and created Navitas Energy, Inc., a company dedicated to the advancement and widespread usage of clean wind energy, he knew he would be taking on a lot of different responsibilities. Of course, Greg Jaunich did act as the president and chief executive officer of the company for a number of years. The two job titles that Greg Jaunich held came with several different responsibilities. For example, Greg Jaunich is obviously not capable of running a large business on his own, no person can do that on his own, but Greg Jaunich did hold the expertise of wind energy. Greg Jaunich knows about every aspect of the wind energy business, so when he went to hire new employees to grow his firm, he would have to teach them exactly what they needed to know. Greg Jaunich was responsible for sourcing and hiring as well as training and managing developers and sales people in every single aspect of the wind farm business. Developers and sales people were responsible for learning about wind farm construction, wind farm management and wind farm development for Navitas  Energy, Inc. All of these tasks can prove to be daunting for one man to be responsible for, however Greg Jaunich was able to handle the task easily.

Greg Jaunich had to take his time when educating the new employees. If one employee did not understand any aspect of wind farms, it would have been extremely detrimental to the growth of Navitas Energy, Inc. The construction of a wind farm is not an easy task, however Greg Jaunich was able to properly train his company employees to be able to handle the task of building a wind farm with complete ease. Greg Jaunich was basically completely responsible for teaching his team everything they know about wind farm construction, management and development.

Greg Jaunich: Current Director of Ethics

Greg Jaunich has been working hard, mostly in the wind energy business, for the past two decades. Greg Jaunich has worked for grain companies as well as various other places. Greg Jaunich has founded companies, he has created companies from the ground up and he has even lead companies by pulling double-duty as their president and chief executive officer. Even though Greg Jaunich has worked in many different capacities for various different companies, he has kept one element consistent in all of his work. Greg Jaunich believes that a solid and honest code of ethics is the most important thing a business can have.

“It does not matter if you are just starting a business, if you are growing an established business or if you are two weeks from retirement, maintaining a strong code of ethics is extremely vital to success. If you do not maintain a solid code of ethics, other businesses will not want to work with you and that is just the beginning. Your business will be destined for failure if you do not follow some sort code of ethics. Actions can be taken within a business organization to help foster a culture of ethical decision making,” says Greg Jaunich.

Ethics do not stop anywhere in the company, they are followed by every single employee of the firm, owners, chief executive officers and presidents included.

Attending the College of St. Scholastica - Greg Jaunich

For his graduate degrees, Greg Jaunich decided to attend the College of St. Scholastica. The college of St. Scholastica is located in Duluth, Minnesota with a campus in St. Paul, Minnesota. The College of St. Scholastica is what is known as a private college. The College of St. Scholastica is over a hundred years old; it was founded in the year 1912. The founders of the College of St. Scholastica were a group of Benedictine Sisters who were often known as being pioneers dedicated to Benedictine ethics and values. The Benedictine Sisters were thought to be pioneering because they offered college courses to young women. This pioneering spirit is what Greg Jaunich carries with him today.

Greg Jaunich graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with two separate and completely different degrees. Both of the degrees that Greg Jaunich ended up earning are master’s degrees. Master’s degrees are much more difficult to earn than associate’s degrees or even bachelor’s degrees. Greg Jaunich earned his first master’s degree in business administration. This means that Greg Jaunich is what is known as an MBA. Greg Jaunich also earned his Master of Management degree. Combining a Master of Business Administration degree with a Master of Management degree can prove to be extremely beneficial to anyone who should choose to do so. While studying at the College of St. Scholastica, Greg Jaunich concentrated his studies in the files of healthcare management and safety as well as the field of business leadership. Greg Jaunich chose to take graduate courses that corresponded with each other in an effort to make him more valuable to businesses.

“Attending the College of St. Scholastica is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The education that I have gained from the College of St. Scholastica is invaluable and I would recommend checking it out to any prospective college or graduate student, old or young. I really enjoyed the friendly teaching staff and their focus on Benedictine ethics and values,” says Greg Jaunich.

Greg Jaunich started Northern Alternative Energy, Inc., Boreal Energy, Inc. as well as Navitas Energy, Inc. If your business is not run ethically, chances are great that your business is going to fail and of course, no one starts a business with the goal of seeing it fail.
